We-Care HC is envisioned to be an adult day-care centre. It would provide a safe environment with a skilled workforce where people having emotional, physical, and social needs would be able to socialise, befriend and unwind.
We-Care HC would inspire self-worth, self-esteem and confidence, Joy, hope, and well-being by promoting socialisation which would empower service users to be more confident and happier members of the community.
Service users would be encouraged to mix in the community by participating in social activities including Social Skills learning, group activities, educational activities, play and exercises.

Stakeholders Meeting
We-care HC would offer you or your representative the solutions they consider best fit for your choices.
Following a carefully thought-through process between stakeholders and your approval, a best-fit outline of services would be drafted, with you involved.
Implementing Your customised Plan
Wecare HC would rely on you, If possible, to direct the implementation of this plan. You would guide us through the areas of the community that could interact with you.
With you involved, the experts at Wecare HC would work to bring the segment of the community to appreciate your choices.
